COVID-19 Re-Opening Guidelines

Room Deposits

Individual guest room deposits, in the amount of the first night's room occupancy tax, are required at the time of booking reservations.

Cancellation
Hotel allows individual cancellations without penalty up to twenty-four (24) hours prior to the attendees’ scheduled arrival date.

Cancellation within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled arrival date, or failure of the individual to check-in on the scheduled arrival date shall forfeit the individual deposit. Or, Hotel shall bill Group’s Master Account one (1) night’s guaranteed guestroom rate plus tax for cancellation. Any remaining nights of a “no-show” reservation
will be canceled. It is policy to require a credit card or cash deposit for incidental charges at check-in.

Hotel accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or Diners Club. Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Any departures after 11:00 AM are subject to the full day charge.

 

Each guestroom must have at least one registered guest twenty-one (21) years of age or older.


Nugget Hotel - COVID Guidelines
 

Per CDC guidelines fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear masks. Masks required for non-vaccinated guests.
 

People are considered fully vaccinated: 2 weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine.

UPS Store - Business Center

Located on the Second floor up the escalators from the Hotel front desk, the UPS Store - Nugget Business Center provides all your on-the-road office needs in one convenient location.

FREE Shuttle Service

Runs Daily:     9am - 7pm

Departs the Nugget from the Nugget Hotel Valet parking area every half hour on the hour.
 

Departs the Airport every hour on the half hour outside door D of the baggage claim area.

Free Self & Valet Parking

The Nugget Casino Resort offers free self and valet parking.  Self parking is available in the covered garage connected to the hotel.

Valet parking is currently unavailable, however, guests may use the valet entrance located under the Porte Cochere to drop off and pick up passengers and luggage, prior to parking their vehicles in the parking garage or one of the Nugget surface parking lots.

Tesla electric car charging is also available on the second floor parking garage.

The Hotel makes every effort to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those individuals with food allergies. Effort is made to instruct Hotel’s staff on the severity of food allergies. However, there is always a risk of contamination. There is also a possibility that manufacturers of the commercial foods Hotel uses could change the formulation at any time, without notice. Individuals concerned with food allergies need to be aware of this risk. Hotel will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to food consumed, or items one may come in contact with while eating Hotel’s food.
