Additional Furnishings and utility requests (i.e. power) must be arranged with GES prior to Monday, September 22nd to guarantee the best rates.

Shipping, drayage, and material handling services are available upon request.
Orders for special move-in and equipment should be placed well in advance of the conference to ensure proper servicing and to avoid additional set-up costs.
Special requests and unique problems related to decoration and drayage should be addressed directly to our account representative at GES.
