FireShowsWest First Responders Training and Education Foundation, a 501c3 non profit corporation, dba as FireShowsWest is committed to protecting the privacy of all those who provide us with their contact information while using our websites, products, events, or services (“you” or “Users”). This policy applies to all visitors of FireShowsWest websites, meetings/trade shows, webinars, e-newsletters, videos, blogs, digital networks, social media, etc.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Personally identifiable information is information that can identify you, such as your full name, email address, postal address, telephone number, and fax number. In some cases, you will provide information to us to fully utilize our services. In other cases, information about you or your activities on our Services may be automatically collected, as further described below.

FireShowsWest is not responsible for the information you volunteer about yourself in publicly accessible interactions, or the information that you choose to provide to sponsors or exhibitors during in-person events (i.e., allowing vendors to scan your registration badge in the trade show exhibit hall) or by opting-in to receive company information during a sponsored webinar.
HOW WE USE YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION
We may use your contact information to send you account notices, including event updates or registration confirmations, and to provide you with information about information or services you have registered for or which may be of interest to you. We may also use your contact information to ask for input about our services, events, or information.
We may also send you e-newsletters with targeted, relevant content. Each e-newsletter will provide you with an opportunity to unsubscribe from the e-newsletter. Unsubscribing from one newsletter will not affect delivery of other services or registration.

Should you attend one of our sponsored events, we may provide the personal information you provide to us to vendors also attending the event upon receiving written authorization from you to do so. If you do NOT wish to have your email address shared, you will be given an opportunity to opt-out.
